During the planning process, a focus group was used to provide feedback from agencies who will be involved in administering MFP throughout the Commonwealth. At this point, we are working with a reimbursement model. However, over the long-term, we are looking to arrange a process, through PPL, to allow for on-line purchasing or a debit card method, which would make it easier for smaller agencies to procure items and services.
