Answer. If you will have more than 50 people meeting in Kings Park then you are required to notify the BGPA and in some instances, to book and pay a fee. If you want to ensure that an area is reserved for your group’s exclusive use, then you are required to book and, for more than 100 people on a grassed area or for the use of a pavilion, rotunda or gazebo for any number of people, you are required to pay a fee.
