I reported my OneCard lost/stolen but haven’t received my new replacement card yet. What should I do?
If you haven’t received the OneCard we recommend that first you make sure that ample time has passed to receive the OneCard. OneCards typically take 7-10 days for delivery. Next, verify the primary mailing address on file as that is the address the OneCard was sent to. If the address is correct you should report the card lost. While online in your OneAccount visit the “Profile” tab and the “Card Status.” Here you can report your card lost and a new OneCard will be issued to you. If your primary address is incorrect we suggest you visit the OneCard Office where they can update your primary address and issue you a new OneCard. If going to OneCard Office: If you haven’t received the OneCard we recommend that first you make sure that ample time has passed to receive the OneCard. OneCards typically take 5-7 days for delivery. If you haven’t been notified by the university that the OneCard has arrived we suggest that you call or visit the OneCard Office.
