I remember my old WebTrax password but it won work for MyLeo. Why not?
Chances are one of the following is true: • Your WebTrax PIN was not exactly 6 characters long. Try using the first 6 characters only or using your 6-digit date of birth as detailed above. • You may be mis-remembering your WebTrax PIN. • You have not logged onto the new system. Your MyLeo PIN may need to be reset. • You are entering a password that contains characters that are not numerical or a password that is not exactly 6 digits long. If using your date of birth, be sure to enter it in MMDDYY order including initial zeroes for single-digit months and days and only using the last two digits of the year. • (Very Rarely) There may be a problem with your account or our system.
