No. First of all, AppointmentQuest does not require you to provide your credit card information in order to open a trial account. Credit card is only required to activate the trial account into regular subscription. Even then, within the trial period we do not charge your credit card for the first 30 days of using our services. The first charge will appear when the trial is over and you have an active account with AppointmentQuest. If you terminate your account before your trial period is over, there will be no charges to your credit card.
