This is a common problem. You probably typed your registration information instead of using the comfort of copy/paste. There was a typo somewhere and this makes your registration invalid. Reenter the registration information by copying and pasting it to the registration dialog. Some letters and numbers look alike and it’s easy to make a mistake.
