I registered via GameCoach.tv for WarRock or other Game but the FREE items are not in my account, what can I do?

It sometimes takes an hour or longer after your e-mail account was activated for a Game like WarRock before the FREE items have actually been added to your account. To ensure that your account works, please log-in for a second time after 1 hour. Then you will see the free items in your “inventory” or “character profile”. In rare occasions it may take a couple of hours, but you will ALWAYS get these items after logging in again a day after you signed up.
