I registered for Teen Tix but never received my keychain. What’s up?
If it’s been two weeks or less, your keychain is probably on the way – there are only a few of us and so many of you, sometimes it takes us a little while, but it’s coming, we swear! If it’s been more than two weeks, it might have gotten lost in the mail. Email us with your name and address and we’ll get a new one out to you.
