I registered for a new account or I requested a new password and I don’t see any email message from the HMAUS Signal web site. Where is it?
The first place you may want to check is your SPAM folder or your trash folder. It is possible that you did receive it but missed it because it may have been filtered, marked and routed. Another reason for not seeing this email message is because some ISP email servers will delay sending the message onto you. ISPs are increasingly employing this and other methods to reduce SPAM. Check with your ISP to see if they are using this method on their mail services. And ask them about whitelisting email messages from certain senders. Lava Net is an example of one local ISP which employs a delay.
