I registered and tried the E-mail Bridge and it didn work — whats up?
The number one reason why the system doesn’t “work” is because your e-mail address is not properly registered in your user profile. If you have registered, and sent a message in to the E-mail Bridge, and you did not get a reply, you probably do not have your e-mail address registered in your user profile. We must know about the e-mail address from which you are sending your letter mail so that we can properly mail your message. You can visit the Profile page to add additional e-mail addresses that should be allowed to send letter mail under your account. Many people have several e-mail addresses, and each one that you might use to send NetGram letters should be registered. If you are certain your e-mail address is listed in your profile, and you don’t receive a reply, and you do not see any letters listed in your Activity page, then you can e-mail support@netgram.com, and we will try to help diagnose the problem.
