I redirected an existing Web site, but left my e-mail accounts with my current registrar. Why can I make changes to my Office Live Small Business Web site now?
When you first redirect just your Web site to your Office Live Small Business account, but you leave your e-mail addresses with your current registrar, a process known as partial redirection, that domain name automatically becomes the primary domain for your site. Customers that type the URL for your redirected domain will reach your Office Live Small Business Web site. After you partially redirect your site, you must perform the following steps each time that you want to revise and publish changes to your Office Live Small Business Web site: • Change your primary domain to your free Office Live Small Business domain that ends in .officelive.com. • Make the changes you want to your Web site. • Change your primary domain back to your partially redirected domain name. For more information, see Make changes to your Web site after partial redirection.
