I recieved an appointment in the mail and would like to reschedule. What should I do?
If you recieved an appointment in the mail and never made the appointment yourself, click on Schedule Your Portrait Session. You will first need to register as a client and then you will be able to access the appointment times available for students at your school. If you made your appointment online and wish to change it to a different date and/or time, log on to our secure site at http://lauren.backdroponline.com/login. Please cancel the appointment if you are unable to make it, and then schedule a new appointment.
