No. One Step will remove ALL oxidation during the first application, the newly exposed surface will vary with each lens. If it is not worn and there is no damage, the lens will look like new at the first application, if the surface is worn or damaged, it will show an improvement but cannot look new with obvious physical wear. Never apply more than one drop at a time. More is not better. Lens saturation can cause a clouding effect. The clouding can be removed with a correct reapplication of One Step.
