Yes as additional claims are deemed valid and complete, The Garden City Group, Inc. will issue initial $9,000 distributions to these additional claims. These checks will be issued every two weeks. (back to top) I am expecting to receive additional documents that I will submit in support of my claim. However, I will not receive them until after the deadline printed on my Notice of Opportunity to Cure. Can I have an extension to the deadline? We are not authorized to extend the deadlines printed on the Notices of Opportunity to Cure. However, the Courts recent Order Regarding Distribution and Modification of Scheduling Order provides that if you obtain additional information that will complete your claim, you will have the opportunity to submit it on or before November 17, 2008.
