I recently repaired a porous ceramic goose with Fixall, and then waterproofed it with several coats of Jasco Cure-Seal. Is there any danger of toxic run-off when it rains?

There is no danger from any toxic run off. However, Jasco Wet Look Cure Seal is not to be used on ceramic tile or ceramic products – they are non porous and you risk adhesion failure.
