I recently opened a new Citi® credit card participating in ThankYou Network and thought I was awarded bonus points, but I don see them on my ThankYou Points Summary. Why not?
Bonus points can take one or two months to appear on your ThankYou Member Account. You first may have to meet the specific requirements of the bonus-related offer. For example, to receive the bonus points you may need to make a purchase using your card within a certain time period. For more details on the terms of your offer, please see the terms and conditions of your specific Sponsor. If your bonus points do not appear on your credit card statement and it has been more than 1 to 2 billing cycles since you made a purchase using your card, you should contact the customer service number on your card. If your points are posted on your credit card statement but do not appear on your ThankYou® Points Summary then please contact the ThankYou Service Center.
