To rectify this, do the following: • Open Outlook Express, click on the Tools pull down menu and select Accounts. • Click on the Mail tab, select your email account from the list, and then click Properties button. • Select the Servers tab. • Make sure that the incoming and outgoing mail servers are both set to mail.webjogger.net. • Make sure your Account Name is only what appears before the @ symbol on your email address (e.g jsmith). Delete “mail.webjogger.net” if it appears appended after your account name. • If after trying this solution you still have problems, please visit the Norton Antivirus or McAfee Antivirus websites for a solution to this problem.
