I recently experienced an intermittent service outage, and have been informed that service has been restored, but I am still not getting a data and/or voice signal. What can I do?

Often, after experiencing a service outage, the phone may not connect to the data and/or voice network. It is recommended that you power down the phone, remove the battery, let sit for approx. 2 minutes, reinstall the battery and power up the phone. If the network outage has ended, you should be able to resume normal service after following this procedure.
