I recently completed my post-retrofit audit evaluation under the old Home Energy Savings Program but have yet to receive my cheque. When will I be receiving my provincial retrofit cheque?
Due to the closure of the retrofit portion of the Home Energy Savings Program on March 31, 2011 and a higher volume of activity in the final months of the program, the processing of your cheque will be slightly delayed. We expect to mail out your provincial rebate cheque approximately 4-5 weeks after you receive your NRCan ecoENERGY Retrofit Homes Program cheque. If you entered the program after March 31, 2010, and qualify only for the Ontario rebate cheque, your cheque should be delivered 4-5 weeks after we receive your file from your energy advisor.
