I recently changed to a new Smart Checking Account. Why are my recent transactions not being downloaded into Quicken anymore?

Quicken needs to know specifically what checking account to connect to (FREE Checking = S9, Interest Checking = S39, Incentive Checking = S49, or Seniority Status Checking = S55). To configure Quicken to connect to your new Smart Checking Account follow these steps: 1. Get the latest directory of participating financial institutions and program updates from Quicken by clicking Update on your Quicken toolbar. In the dialog box, click Update Now, Quicken will automatically check for available updates. When the download process is complete, exit and restart Quicken. 2. From the menu bar click Cash Flow, Cash Flow Accounts, and Account List. 3. Right click on the account that you use for your Insight Financial checking, and click Edit. 4. In the Account Number field change the S number to equal your new checking S number (see above list) example 123456-S49, then click OK, and Close. 5. Click Update from the menu bar or One Step Update to retrieve your Insight Financial transactions for you
