I recently bought a shirt and some books from LABMED. How much of the money from this order actually helps Labs?
Currently a majority of the items we sell on our web page http://www.labmed.org/shp_main.html give us a good healthy profit margin. Some items realize more and some not quite as much, but we do realize a good percentage in profits. A portion of our fund raising profits are used to reorder and purchase fund raising items and pay our internal expenses as well. Our operating expenses are also paid for from this source of funds. The remainder of the profits from our fund raising efforts are funneled back into the general LABMED treasury to help us further in our mission of helping Labs in rescue situations.
