I recently booked travel with Expedia and thought I was awarded ThankYou Points, but I don see them on my ThankYou Member Account statement. Why is this?
You should refer to your Expedia® Account Sponsor materials to understand which travel bookings qualify for ThankYou Points. Note that even if your booking qualified for points, those points will not post to your ThankYou Member Account until four to six weeks after your travel was completed. If you are registered and your travel was completed over six weeks ago, please contact the ThankYou Service Center at 1-800-THANKYOU (1-800-842-6596).
