I received the verification email but the link doesnt work and I cant confirm my account. What do I do?
If you click on the confirmation link in the verification email and it takes you to an error message, please copy the link and paste it into your browser. If that still does not work, please email KidsClub@ClevelandBrowns.com or call 440-234-KIDS and be sure to tell us in your message that your confirmation link is not working. Please also include your first and last name so we are able to look up your account.
