But if there are external problems like DVD region code or anything else, rent amount will be debited to your account. You must inform us the problem as early as possible. • Region code & Computer We are not responsible if DVD or VCD doesn’t play on computer or laptop. DVD-Video discs may be encoded with a region code intended to restrict the area of the world in which they can be played. The purpose of this system is to allow motion picture studios to control the various aspects of a release (including content, date and, in particular, price) according to the geographic region. In practice, many DVD players are or can be modified to be region-free, allowing playback of all discs. Most modern DVD-players allow a similar adjustment.
