your wireless account was established with an account spending limit (i.e., monthly usage limit). exceeding this dollar limit results in service suspension. when your usage is near the maximum limit, we notify you by mail to ensure that you have time to pay your outstanding charges and avoid suspension. please contact CREDO Mobile customer service at 800/411-0848 to make payment arrangements. you can always check your current usage on our website: member services (the usage information provided may vary from your current actual usage. your calls are processed as we receive them, but occasional network delays – especially in the case of roaming calls – may affect the timeliness of this information. also, any calls you have made within the last 24 hours may not be included.
