I received notification that my FedCash Services via FedPhone PINs have been suspended. What should I do if I still need access to FedCash services in the future?
You will need to sign up on FedLIneWeb to receive Cash Services in the future. Manual ordering will act as your contingency option. For more information on manual ordering, you may contact your local Federal Reserve Cash Services contacts at http://www.FRBservices.org/contacts/. Over time, all FedCash Services customers will be transitioned from the FedPhone to the FedLine Web® access solution. We recommend you begin to familiarize yourself with FedLine Web Access solution. You can find more information at FRBservices.org.
