I received my ScholarDollar code(s) but I am having difficulty entering the code(s). Whom should I contact?
If more than 10 business days have passed from the shipment of your order and you have not received an email communication regarding the status of your Upromise contribution, please call 1-800-385-2155. Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, and product information (i.e. product type, model number, and serial number). If your product is back-ordered, the SchollarDollar code will not be emailed to you until the order has shipped.
