I received my contract and it shows a package called an “empty pillow”. What is that?
An empty pillow is an unoccupied bed space. Your package prices are based on maximum occupancy unless otherwise specified. If the maximum occupancy is, for example, 6 people in a unit and only 5 people utilize the space, the cost for the additional unused pillow space still has to be covered. In this example, the fixed room cost is divided between 5 people rather than 6.
