No. You only need to complete and submit one Late Fee Program Registration Form in order to register for the Group II Program. However, please keep in mind that if the Program Administrator verifies your Publisher Market Share, checks will be issued to the publisher or administrator in whose name the Registration Form was filed, using that entity or music publishing catalog’s Tax Identification Number (“TIN.”) Therefore, if you own or control several entities or music publishing catalogs with different TINs, and you wish to receive separate payments, you need to file separate registration forms for each of the entities or music publishing catalogs.
