I received mail, but I can not read it, it is full of mess. What to do?

This is caused, your email client is old, and can not decode properly base64 UTF8 encoded mails. Solutions for this problem are – change your email client for better one, or change website language to english and mail will be send as ASCII text file, so you will have no problems with reading.
