Although the Biology department accepts AP credit plus BIOL BC1002y for the GER the Psychology department does not consider AP credit a Lab Science so they will not accept this sequence for the Lab Science GER for their majors. Therefore, you should speak to a member of the Psychology Department about your options. Our recommendation is that you take the complete 1500-level series for the GER, but you also have the option of taking BIOL BC1001x plus BIOL BC1002y. If you have already taken BIOL BC1002y and are just finding out about this Psychology requirement then we recommend that you take either BIOL BC1500 plus 1501 OR BIOLBC1502 plus 1503.
