Use the following steps to find your account information: • Utilize the Need help signing in feature located on the log in page. • Use the first 3 letters of your first name + first 2 letters of your last name + last 5 numbers in your social security number. And for your password, use the last 5 numbers in your social security number + first 3 letters of your first name + first 2 letters of your last name.
