By default, all accounts allow email to be sent from our system when there is an error placing your bid. You may receive this message if your ebay password has changed (Invalid User), or your bid was rejected due to some seller requirement (User Blocked). See the Status Help (the question mark next to the closed bid status) for more information on the reason of the failure. The notice is sent to give you advanced warning of system problems that may affect future bids. If you do not want PhantomBidder to send this notice, login to PhantomBidder, click the Account button, scroll to the “Notice Options” area and UNCHECK the option, and click the Save Changes button. Note that you will still have to enter your correct ebay password since the form validates it upon submission.
