I received an email when I used the “Forgot password” or “Forgot username” links but when I clicked on the link in my email, I received an error message (example: error 403). What should I do?
• Copy the entire link into your browser address bar and then press Enter. Make sure that there are no spaces or line breaks introduced in the link while copying. • When I click on the email confirmation link I get this message: “The action you have requested has timed out.” • Open the most recent email from Quest Diagnostics and click on the link to confirm your account. If that doesn’t work or if you do not have a recent email from Quest Diagnostics, try logging in. You will be prompted to verify your email address and then will receive another email to active the account.
