I received an email from Red Lion and when I follow the link to sign in, I receive a message that my Login Name is invalid. How do I log in to view my account?
If you receive a message stating that your Login Name is invalid either you have registered with a different email address as your user name, or you are not yet a registered user. In either case you can contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and an associate can assist you with updating your account information over the phone. If you prefer to register online, you may do so by accessing the Sign Up page and providing the registration information.
