I received an email about free shipping or a special discount through Shutterfly. Why does that not apply to my order?
-top- Any special promotions on discounts or shipping through Shutterfly do not apply to orders made in pro-galleries. It only applies to pictures you upload through your own, free, account with them. We are unable to honor any discounts through their site they may advertise. If by chance we are running a sale, it would be advertised on our site (www.blackandwhiteservices.org) and the prices you would see would ALREADY reflect any discounts being offered.
