Until now, if you received an ad hoc payment during the pay period, you were only advised via the messages box on your payslip. Your ad hoc payment amount was included in the net income figure on your payslip but it was not listed in the bank disbursements box. As a result, employees did not understand why money received in the bank on payday did not match the net income figure on their payslip. Ad hoc payments will now appear in the bank disbursements box as a separate entry with the description Advance Payment Prev Banked. This will confirm the ad hoc payment was deposited into that bank account during the pay period and is included in the net income figure.
