I received a yellow UPS InfoNotice. What do I do?
First, look on the UPS InfoNoticeSM to see if any instructional boxes are checked. You may be able to sign the back of the UPS InfoNotice, authorizing the driver to leave your package. Or, in the comments section, you may designate another address where the package should be delivered. You can also change the delivery address at UPS.com. Enter your 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number on the Tracking page, then choose from the following four options: • Reschedule Delivery: Reschedule delivery at the original address. • Return to Shipper: Return your package to the shipper. • Redirect Package: Have your package delivered to an alternate address. • Will Call: Arrange to pick up your package at the designated UPS location.
