i received a replacement phone, how do i activate it?
after fully charging your phone, please contact working wireless customer service at 800-411-0848. a customer service representative will deactivate your old phone (if required), and activate your new phone. before placing the call to customer service, please be sure you have the following information ready: • your wireless phone number (if you don’t know the number you can find it printed directly on your packing slip under the header “phone #”). • your electronic serial number (esn), which can also be found on the packing slip, or on the back of the phone, if you remove the battery.

IMPORTANT: You must charge your phone for a full 24 hours before using (refer to your phone’s user manual for complete instructions).
Make sure whether your replacement phone is unlocked…if not get it unlocked initially from any vendors online like Unlock-zone.com so that you can access your phone with any carrier,. Once unlocked your phone will get activated to the carrier you use
