I received a registration key from Regnow but it doesn unlock the program. Whats going on?
Their server hasn’t talked to our server yet to add your order to our database and to make your key active. Thus as far as our server is concerned, your valid key is nothing more then an attempt to activate the software for free. Please give Regnow some time to contact our server. If you are experiencing this problem with PayPal or E-Gold, let us know immediately. Once you recieve your code after paying with them, that means your order is completed and in our database. So your software should be activated. Remember that PayPal orders can take up to four days to clear. Your code will not be active until then. But you also should not have received a code until your order has cleared.
