You may easily activate your Gift Card online at Joann.com or by calling 1-888-739-4120. You will need the card number and PIN from the e-mail you received prior to the Plastic Card, and the card number and PIN from the Plastic Card. Visit our Activate your Jo-Ann Gift Card page and follow the simple instructions to activate your new Card.
