I received a parking ticket from the Southern Pines Police Department or the Southern Pines Fire/Rescue Department. What do I do?
If you received a parking ticket for a violation of a Town of Southern Pines ordinance, the owner/operator of the above vehicle must pay a civil penalty of $15.00 to the Town of Southern Pines Finance Department, P.O. Box 870, 180 SW Broad Street, Southern Pines, NC 28388. If the payment has not been received or the charge contested within seven (7) days of the issue date, the fine is $50.00. The Town of Southern Pines reserves the right to take further steps to collect this civil penalty. To contest this ticket, complete the Request for Review of Parking Ticket form (pdf) and either bring it to the Southern Pines Police Department at 450 W. Pennsylvania Avenue or mail it to the Southern Pines Police Departmant, P.O. Box 330, Southern Pines, NC 28388. You must supply your name, contact information, ticket number, vehicle information, date and location of the ticket.
