If you want to contest the fact that you did not get the clicks you purchased, please e-mail your adCast support representative and request a review. We keep adCast records for 60 days from the effective start date of your adCast campaign. If the review is found in your favor, you can either choose to re-instate your original adCast subscription or get a refund. The effective start date of your campaign is when you received a confirmation email stating that your adCast banner has been added to the advertising rotation.
