I received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for triggering a red light camera, but I was not driving the car at the time (honestly). What do I do?

You can respond to the Notice of Intended Prosecution by providing the identity of the person who was driving the car (and you will be committing an offence if you know the identity of the driver and do not provide it). You can also obtain the photographic evidence, which should verify that you were not driving. You can, of course, simply elect to pay the fine and accept the endorsement (which will likely be £60 and 3 points, respectively), but if you have provided the identity of the person who was driving and obtained the photographic evidence showing, clearly, that it was not you, then it will likely be worthwhile for you to contest the matter.
