It’s possible that the PDF file that you sent was either password protected or read only. If you remove the password protection or read only and resubmit, it should go through normally. As a general rule, if you cannot read a password protected file in Adobe Acrobat or if it is set to read only, then GruntWorx won’t be able to interpret the file either.
