I received a letter from a company saying that I was preferenced, but it does not appear when I go to the Bidding CSJ. Why not?

First, make sure that you aren’t checking too early. Some employers will send a notice to you well before their schedules go into active bidding through the CSJ. A letter from an employer is NOT ENOUGH to ensure that you are preferenced. The employer must send your name directly to us and formally request that you be preferenced for a specific interview schedule. You will know this has happened if you receive an email from the UCSO notifying you of your preference status. You may have to contact the company to ensure that this happens.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
