I received a “Fraud” Warning after submitting an Online course quiz and payment. What does that mean?
• This means that you have ‘double clicked’ the submit button on the payment form, and the card processing company is stopping you from being double charged. • We hate it that they use the term “fraud” when they do this – but that is not something we can control. • BEFORE YOU RESUBMIT – Please check your email for your CE Certificate notification. If you hit the Submit Form button again, you likely WILL be charged again. • If your Certificate is not in your email, please check your Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder.
