You are not required to file a return. If you would like to inform TTB that you are not covered by this floor stocks tax, please return the Floor Stocks Tax form in the envelope provided along with a brief explanation as to why you are not required to file the Floor Stocks Tax return or you may e-mail us at floorstockstax@ttb.gov . If you send an e-mail, please provide a brief explanation as to why you are not required to file the Floor Stocks Tax return, your full name and mailing address as well as the full name and address as it appeared on the Tax Return form. Your response will assist us in updating our records.
