I received a confirmation email from WorldPay, but my purchases weren added to my account – why?
If your purchases have not been added to your account in spite of your receiving a confirmation email, FishText may have recognised an inconsistency in your card details, or have been unable to process your purchase for some other reason. In the first instance, please wait for at least one hour to see if you receive an email from FishText containing further information about your purchase – remember to also check your ‘Spam’ and ‘Junk’ folders in case the email has been sent there. If you have received no further information from FishText about your purchases an hour after receiving the confirmation email from the card processor, please contact FishText support by logging into your online account, following the ‘Support’ link and submitting a Support Request, or by sending a text message from your FishText mobile application to ‘12345’.
