I received a CD-ROM of the proceedings at the conference, but there are no page numbers on the papers to make references to them in other publications. How do I find out the proper reference?

A. As the printed version of the proceedings is still the document of record, proper references may be found when the proceedings is posted in IEEE Xplore. Some proceedings also include the Table of Contents from the book version on the CD-ROM, if available.
